Morning Dudes,
Just before Xmas I got roped in to do a "quick" display game on short notice down at my local Recon show in Pudsey.
The Spanish Civil War collection was on top of my piles of Really Useful Boxes and needed minimum prep time, so SCW it was, not a chore as it is one of the most fascinating periods of history.
I've included pics of the game along with a brief scenario and AAR. Any excuse to get the glorious Empress Miniatures stuff on the table.

Nice! Must agree with you re the Empress range to - it got me into this fascinating period - never regretted it.

Very nice! Which buildings are you using?

Hi Alex,
The buildings are mostly from Sarissa Precision and their Adobe range, for Mexico Wild West but I think they look the part. I found a railway modelling company which did some SCW scale posters and used them. The large building in the foreground of the set up photos was scratch built.
