Need 12 more mounts.

Wolves or dogs best for continuity but where might I find something compatible?

Those are the old 15mm Ral Partha wolfriders, right?
I had something of the opposite problem - three wolves surviving from my misspent youth, but no riders. But I accidentally acquired some of these riders (http://www.15mm.co.uk/products/f65-orcs-on-young-dragons) (sans mounts) in an eBay job lot, and they fit perfectly. So I suspect the RP goblins would work fine on the dragons.
I can check tonight and see whether the 15mm.co.uk wolfriders (http://www.15mm.co.uk/products/hot5-goblin-wolf-riders) fit on the RP wolves. From memory, I think they did, but the dragon riders looked more imposing. I suspect the Ral Partha goblins are small enough to go with those wolves (which are nicer miniatures than they look "raw", I think):

I think the 15mm.co.uk boars (http://www.15mm.co.uk/products/hot89-orc-boar-riders) would probably work well - or better - too.

Hobgoblin, those are nice!
TWW had someone suggest Copplestone 15mm wolves.
You can never have enough animals!

If you look carefully you can see some of the old Ral Partha Goblins on Copplestone wolves. I thought they went together very well.

Just about any small scale wolf or dog should work. I have a number of 15mm scale goblins from at least 3 different manufacturers, I mixed some of them just to get more variety. I have done the same with some of my 25/28mm goblins too. I also had a few riders that didn't have mounts, so I used a few exrta wolves I had sitting around. Just carefully pinch or spread the legs to fit.

These oldies from tinsoldier
http://tinsoldieruk.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=405_406&sort=1a&page=2
Code DFA11, not too sure on the size of these though as I don't have any, and they only have the 1 pose.
Or go for the dinosaurs.

I think Splintered Light Miniatures sells 15mm wolves without riders.

Peter Pig do some fairly big 15mm Wolves in their fantasy range.
