Nice work.  Planning on doing any lighting effects with the runic carvings or leaving them as-is?

Lovely sculpt, too.  Wish the "elemental construct" beasts in the Hordes Circle Orboros army had more of that look instead of the goofy Flintstones Mecha vibe they wound up with.

Some magic glow in between the runes on the rock, I'm sort of happy with the result, basing and maybe some grass will be added

Looks great! The blue glow really makes the figure stand out as an enchanted being!

Ah, very nice.  Is it stable enough to go baseless, or does it need some support?  Looks pretty steady in the photos.

It's pretty steady but I'm going to base it, that way it's more of a model than a toy in my mind if you get me? I'm a bit strange like that

I get it.  Was just curious for my own sake.  Models that can stand on their own are moderately rare, and I like them for versatility since they don't require a base that might tie them to a specific setting.

looking really good, what did you prime with as it's resin?

Cheers! I just used Halfords black primer spray, then a brown overspray of their camo paints

Guys like this removable bases would be easy enough.

But this model is great and your paint job makes him look fab. Love elemental and earth types are my fab. Really like this guy alot.

Absolutely amazing work. How big is this guy. He looks massive!
