Title: Inferno Demon
Post by: Auton on 26 February 2009, 11:22:51 AM
Years ago, I picked up most of the figures for a game of battling demons, called Inferno. The company, Global Games out of Canada, has long since gone but that hasn't stopped me painting another one of the figures

This beauty is called Iidropos and is a pair of creatures that fight as a single entity according to the fluff. Figure is on a 50mm base if you were wondering about scale

I'm aiming to paint another one of these every month...

Ahhh, Inferno... I was sorely tempted when it was released (mid-90s, wasn´t it?), but put off by the hex bases and scale thing (I was totally into 28mm Warhammer/40k then...).

Totally weird figures, in your case excellently painted.

Amazon Miniatures is still selling this range, by the way. I don't know if they have the actual molds, or if they're just selling off the remaining stock of miniatures as they seem to do with some other ranges (eg. the Chinatown range).

That's a bizarre figure, but not in bad way. Love the paintjob!
