I recently played a Stargate game done by my friend Bill. We used the Doctor Who Miniatures rules, the miniatures are from various sources including Eureka and Copplestone. The scenario started with a distraction at the gate to the complex meant to draw SG-14 defenders away from the Stargate. As each of the SG team activated they had to pass an Intelligence roll or run to defend the main gate. The main Jaffa attack then came through the Stargate on a turn designated by the Jaffa player. It was a great scenario and worked well with the Doctor Who rules.
Here's a comic storyline of the game on my blog:

Good to see some more Stargate adventures, I'm looking forward to seeing the next episode. :)
Lovely puddle effect in the gate too.
