Amazon UK are selling large perspex nail polish display racks for £35.00 including postage. These are usually around £50.00 so a good time to get one.

They will hold most paint brands and depending on how you stack the bottles it will hold about 130 -260 Vallejo paints, see the pic below

At 35 quid a pop that's still quite expensive. For a similar price you can get one of these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Portable-Spacious-4-Drawer-Plastic-Storage-Shelf-Organiser-Includes-Wheels-/122331905037?hash=item1c7b8cbc0d with smaller drawers that will hold 1000+ paints. Just put a dab of paint on the top of each lid so you know what colour it is.
