Just thought I would post my stats for the Leader in Supersystem 4 stats

Strike 4
Strength 2
Dodge 3
Sense 4
Toughness 2
Minde 7 (2)
Resolve 5
Vitality 8
AP 9

Dominate 1
Mind Attack 3
Super Mind 2
Telekinesis 1
    - Manipulate Object
Extra Vitality 1

Wondering what you think of him. Working on building up his team and maybe working on Dr. Doom

I like this take on the leader. The OHOTMU really shorts the Leader when it comes to powers, but he has demonstrated all of those mental powers you list on numerous occasions. I've read a lot of Trimpe Hulk stories and the Leader is a really dangerous and crafty villain.
