Title: Armies on the cheap #1 Dark Ages
Post by: ItalicaAcies on March 28, 2017, 10:21:52 AM

Last post on my blog: http://arsenaledelnano.blogspot.it/2017/03/lion-rampant-armies-on-cheap-1-dark-age.html

I'll focus for some posts on what's aivalable in the market today to make cheap armies. I'll take into considerations expecially the Lion Rampant army lists, because I enjoy it a lot and the armies are quite small (40-60 miniatures per side), but you can find it useful for any ruleset set in Dark Age.

Next issue: Early Feudal Age, stay tuned!

Its a great idea and a good resource for new players. I'd be vary of recommending the GB archers to anyone though, they had a very bad review on the forums recently http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=98961.0 (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=98961.0)

Since you're writing about the Conquest Games Norman Knights, you could include their Norman Infantry and Medieval Archers too http://www.conquest-games.co.uk/index.php?cPath=22_52 (http://www.conquest-games.co.uk/index.php?cPath=22_52)
