Oh, you have got to be joking.
I'm supposed to choose?
-
Both entries are superb , it's obvious that a lot of work has gone into these, both contributors are to be congratulated.
-
they are both good, the only way I could make a choice was I flipped a coin. Are the Scythians in 15mm?
-

Yes, that's just cruel!
-
Are the Scythians in 15mm?
Yep.
Per the poll question... :)
-
Wow
-
Are the Scythians by Xyston? Anyway, it is hard to choose!
-
Joe, I truly missed your astounding brushwork on 15mm figs! But wow...what a splendid masterpiece to draw for your first round!!
I've painted a lot of 28mm Indians, but they've never, ever looked that good!

15mm, just wow 8)
-
Both excellent entries.
I'll go for the 15mm. Such a wonderful at such a scale is amazing.
But these Indians are also in the top 10 of this first round entries.
-
They're both just soo good, but my vote went to the Scythians. Doing this level in 15mm is even more awesome.
-
Amazing work gentlemen.
-
Both terrific, really great.
I'm impressed by those Old Glory 15 sculpts, for some reason I've always avoided OG15s - but I reckon here it's the painting which has got me inspired!
Lt Hazel - I think I asked this in last year's LPL too, and not to detract from the superb figures, but how do you do your trees? I'd love to be able to get trees to look that good.

You know what? My mistake, there is one Xyston piece in there: the horse of the figure with the red and gold fish shield is a Xyston Persian horse... I used that one for variety (OG has two horse sculpts among these figs). Other than that though, all the figs are OG15s. I quite like the OG15s to be honest. They are kinda big and chunky, but I like the character.
Thanks

Thank you! I guess I will have to make another tutorial when this LPL is over :)

Just stunning! 15's that look even better than most 28's and some Indians like straight from the history books!
-
