The Reaper mind flayer is a nice miniature, but that staff top is GREAT.  From the GW plastic wizard boxed set? I might have to pick that up.  Thanks for posting the picture!

Nice job!! He almost looks like Davey Jones from Pirates of the Carribean if he didn't have the staff. Thanks for sharing.

There's also a proper Davey Jones-esque miniature available with a shark/human pirate and crab/human pirate from a small german company but can't remember their name, have it bookmarked (TiN I think).

He's great, lovely shading too, especially on the robes and a great face.
