Title: Congo Savannah
Post by: Calumma on 15 April 2017, 07:03:35 AM
I finally managed to get a few last bits of Savannah terrain finished for Congo, so decided to have a mid week game and teach a couple of folks how to play. Thoroughly enjoyed the game and looking forward to the next.

Photo of setup below, more on my blog:

Smashing-looking table. Don't know anything about Congo, but judging by the pictures on your blog it looks like you can have games with relatively small numbers of figures. As a lazy person, that's something I'm always interested in. Might have to give it a look. :)

Thanks, it's a great game. Games typically use 20 to 30 figures in units of 3-6. Since it was a weekday evening with two new players, our game had 75 points of figures and lasted about 3 hours. We were talking quite a bit though.

Must get working on some jungle terrain!

Love the ant hills - be great to have some meerkats on them...

Those termite mounds are a great idea for terrain!  Will have to think about adding that to my own Savannah setup.

Love it, especially the koppi and the termite mounds
