Lovely scene captain, finish on the artillery Is particularly tasty.

Wow! Fantastic in both cases! :-*

Capt- great scene! :-* Is that your vehicles by Queeg?
-
Thanks - not something I normally try, but this guy was begging for a pop of colour!
-
Thanks.
Yes, although my WW2 Western Desert vehicle park is now up to around 24 pieces, and more than half are my own paintwork, these two vehicles are Queeg paintjobs.
The crews and infantry figures are all by yours truly, and newly painted except for the guys on the roof, some of whom have appeared in earlier LPL scenes.
Lovely work indeed, Rory. Very skilful highlighting and great use of colour on such small figures 8)

Great 15mm Jagannath!
I was thinking about putting one 15mm team but I couldn't compete with 28s at all.
Good luck!
-
Someone's going to have a nice-sized, excellently-painted German army by the time this LPL is done... lol lol
Your colors looks so natural. Amazing. Jags, I love the blue! Great work...

Very gutsy close up on the 15mm. You can really appreciate the skill involved. Nice!
-
Cheers Mike - I've had to put the 4 paints I use for that blue away - 3 out of 6 entries have featured it prominently!

Thanks - I hadn't thought of it like that. Must say, even with the odd defeat, the reception to my painting has made me very chuffed! I'm very enthused to paint at the mo!
-
Both excellent work.
Excellent detailing on those Germans, as we've come to expect! Very cool stuff.
Those 15s are so crisp and clean, it's inspiring. I also like the glowing-pink lighting effects that you used as well, excellent stuff!
thanks

Great battle, great paintings.
@Richard: your pictures become very good, I think you improved after the last LPL. Excellent.

Well it becomes very obvious when the 15mm figures are larger (image to image) than the 28mms they're battling! lol

Both are superb entries! :-*

Thanks for the nice comments everyone - well played Captain, lovely job.

Thanks Rory. Like I said: superb painting and highlighting on those little guys.
Best of luck in Round 7!
