Hello,
does anyone have a copy of issue 328 Wargames Ilustrated ?
Would like to get hold of the "The Limpo river campaign 1915 " part 1 article.
No back issues available or on ebay Uk.

I must have a copy of this somewhere. I will hunt around for you. Very inspiring article IIRC

I looked in the loft yesterday but no luck I'm afraid. Will keep my eyes open in case it turns up.

I have the issue right on my lap here but I dont find the article you looking for. Right issue ?

On the site, it seems to suggest that Part one was in 329.

I've just checked in the back issues "VAULT" available as part of the online Prime subscription to Wargames Illustrated... tis issues 329 and 330 and it looks lovely! ...Worth a 1 month trial subscription ;-)

Not sure if it is just the magazine you're after or the articles, but they were posted up on the forum before Wargames Illustrated.

I still have the original un-edited articles on e-mail too if they're any use.

Sorry only just noticed this, I have a hard copy of the magazine but no digital copy however I wrote the original articles (there were three but WI edited these down to two on publication).
As Bryan said they were done from a campaign we ran at Wigan Wargames so we have the originals in word documents for all three if you want them though the pictures from the article are just in the mag. Article 1 was historical background. Articles 2 & 3 were rules adaptations, scenarios and modelling (of boats that is)! There were more scenarios in the campaign than in the WI article as some were edited out to keep it to 2 articles.
Anyway if you want any of these word documents pm me with your email & I'll send them you.
