I'm doing fantasy in 6mm and I'm looking for suitable cave trolls in 10/15/20mm which I could use with 6mil. I'd especially like to find some which could be hacked to have catapults on their backs like in LotR...

A little larger, but you can find the Games Workshop LotR/Hobbit ones that look like they'd work well for that project.

I am sure i have seen that the Dark Alliance range will have some coming out.They might be a bit big but could work.

What about Copplestone 15mm Picts, might work with a bit of a tweak....

Just bought two boxes for lesser trolls in 28mm, looks like moria style trolls were also previewed along with catapult siege trolls but haven't been released yet. They would have been great for your purpose, you might also want to check real 'toy' lotr trolls on ebay as they might fit your purpose.
