Title: Regimental Fire and Fury bases sizes?
Post by: rumacara on June 30, 2017, 02:15:51 PM
Hello all

Can someone help me with the bases sizes for Regimental Fire and Fury please?
I have some confederates in 15mm and i would like to try the game (a friend ordered the rules).
What i need is base sizes for infantry, artillery and cavalry plus how many figures per base so that i can start painting my forces.

Any pictures of forces are welcome so that i can take some ideas. :)

Thanks for any help

Cheers

Rui

Hi Rui, asked our club Fire and Fury expert this is his reply:

They have standardised the basing for both Regimental and the new Brigade F&F so that the troops can be used for both. Infantry and dismounted cavalry is now 1" wide x. 3/4" deep with 3 and 2 figures respectively. Cavalry is 1" x 1" with two figures.  Artillery is 1" wide x 1 1/2" deep with 1 gun and 3 figures. A Brigade Leader is one mounted officer on a 1" round base. A Division or Corps is 2 or 3 mounted officers on a 1 1/2" round base. A Brave Colonel is a mounted or dismounted officer on a 3/4" round base. Limbers are 1" wide x 1 3/4" deep. Horse holders 1 1/2" round bases.

Hope this helps
Tony.
