Title: Fistful of Lead: Gold and Gunfire
Post by: BaronVonJ on June 30, 2017, 04:37:06 PM
"Baby Face Fenster, leader and sole survivor of the Finnigan-Fenster gang is sitting in the Lesterville county jail. He and he alone knows the location of last payroll his gang buried out in the desert. He has sent word out through the criminal underworld he will share its location if somebody will break him out before his transfer to the notorious Yucca prison tomorrow.
Also at at state is a rather large gold nugget sitting, mostly unguarded in the First National Bank across the street. Marshal Bill Bastardsen and his group of mostly deputized townsfolk are all that stand between the Badges and their goals. His only hope is a small detachment of US Cavalry camped just outside of town, and possibly a mysterious stranger arriving on the noon stage...."

Great stuff my dear Baron!
The most fun in FofL is a massive exchange of gunfire when nobody gets so much as winged... followed, next turn, by slaughter like the end of 'The Wild Bunch'!

Great set up! Nice to see some Dixon cowboys too!

Yep. That's why they're the Dixon gang. Some of the first Cowboys I purchased back in the day because they were the only ones who produced them.

Lovely table and report, Baron. I love "faction games" in which everyone is out to get everyone else. Works really well for Wild West!

I'm guessing your late friend is smiling in the great Old West saloon in the sky.  Condolences.

Well, it could be he's thinking about his next heist.  Hmm?

Major Smith,
In short, I but cheap vinyl tablecovers from a big box fabric store that come by the yard. Make sure the back is fabric.
I cut to size. Flip over so the fabric/cottony side is up and slather on my favorite cheap house paint. Dry brush or sponge on color as needed.
Cheap. Easy.
