So, for a game I was going to run a while back it hit me that the setting of a sleepy sea side fishing town with a population of oh, 30 or so…. The villan was to have about 50 cultist followers. Certainly they were not all the inhabitants of the town, but that led me to wonder, Just where do the Villains get their henchemen?? Hence this new project to take care of that;.

I always thought there was a kind of Unemployment Office for henchmen. Maybe it's online like Monster.com. Job postings, placement assistance etc.
