and strangely enough, out of all these mind-frying nightmare creatures it is the Nazi Sorceror at the end that gives me the creeps.

I have to say, I'm very pleased with the way the "glass" fins worked in the photos. They are a bit of a cheat, as the paint effect doesn't look anywhere near as real in the hand because they need a black background for the effect to work properly. But once I had the idea I had to give it a go.

I have been a fan for a while. And I have based a lot of my paints on the stuff you have posted here.
I got an inheritance a year ago and needed to close up a door in my appartment. So I thought why not 3D print it?
So, this is where you come in. I'm printing the last part now, and I have been racking my brain on how to paint i and which colors to use. And I just can't decide on the colors. Should it all be the same color? Should it change to different outerwordly colors? I just cant make up my mind. And then it came to me, why not ask the guy who makes all these wonderful paints on leadadventure?
So, my question for you is...
Would you consider painting a mini of my door?
You will have full artistic freedom. Do what you want! I will try to emulate what you do.
I'm not a rich guy, and not as good a painter as you are. But I just can't come up with all the cool stuff you come up with.
My idea is that I would print a resin version of the door. Send it to you. You paint it and send me pictures of the door and I'll try to emulate what you have done.
As I said, I'm not a rich guy, but I could pay you $100. Would you please consider doing this?

All of your beasties have been beautiful and a real feast for the eyes. But the life and humanity in that face ... that's something else. Damn you. The bold way you throw in the shadows as well, always perfectly placed, not only as the absence of light, but as the border between ambient light and source light ... that's breath-taking work. I'm going to try to steal that.
