Paolo Parente's Dust 1947 is one of my favorite games to collect, and I have more minis done for it than for any other game. I need only finish basing one more character to complete m Mercenary force, and my New Afrika Korps and Allied USMC are coming right along as well. Here are a few samples:

This is a Sisters of Mayhem Support Team, I converted the woman in the bikini from a "Justine & Company #2" figure, also from Dust.

This woman with a cigar is from the Sisters of Mayhem #2 set, I changed the included shotgun for a captured Fallschirmjafergewehr.

This woman is from the "Justine & Company Set #2" as well. I changer her clipboard for a Dust BAR, and added a Webley holster from a Bolt Action British Sprue. I see her as a avatar for the "Dust Adventures" Roleplaying Game.
For a preview - I still need to finish basing them - here is a Marine from the new Italian San Marco Assault Squad Set:

He carries a Flammenwerfer 42. This squad is exquisitely sculpted, a true joy to paint. The San Marcos will be finished and joining my NDAK by tomorrow.

One of the things I love about Dust 1947 is that the choice of 1/48 scale opens up scope for use and conversion of real WW2 equipment and accessories. Paolo Parente calls this "Dustification".

This is a Hobbyboss plastic kit of a M4A3E8, "Dustified" with .30 and .50 calibre "Victory" machineguns and decals from Dust and a female tank commander I found on eBay.
The tank is mostly airbrushed with different shades of Vallejo Model Air after being primed with Vallejo Olive Drab primer. The scheme is one I'm using for US Cavalry, the colors are loosely based on schemes from the real Operation Husky, with yellow Allied stars inspired by Operation Torch.

I also added some stowage from Black Dog and a 1st Cavalry Division shoulder patch from Eduard.

Note the TC is armed with a .45 calibre revolver. Warmommie?

I started to collect and assemble quite a few very nice 1/48th scale kits due to lack of availability of the models I liked to have for my (W)WW2 Germans in a scale closer to 28mm. I am still happy with them, but I start to think that choice over from time to time when I see them next to other models. A Kübelwagen in 1/48 is still a small vehicle, but the 18ton FAMO is a towering beast next to a 28mm infantry miniature...

I have an almost-completed 1/56 M4 Sherman from Warlord/Italeri to accompany my Bolt Action 101st Airborne for Normandy. The size difference between it and this 1/48 Easy Eight is greatly apparent, but it looks good with the BA miniatures.

I am W_i_P on several Tamiya 1/48 vehicles to go in my Dust NDAK force, I prefer them as models, but the BA 1/56 tank is a nice model as well.

Thank you. :) I am W_i_P on 1/48 Tamiya 251 D halftrack, a 232 armored car, and a Panzer IV "K" modified with Laser cannon, all for my NDAK in Dust. They are all getting Vampyr upgrades and such, also available from Dust.

My 1/48 scale Dust 1947 Mercenary "Sisters of Demolition" are essentially ready-to-play. I have painted:
2 officers, 2 "Sisters of Demolition" Squads, a "Justine & Company" squad, a "Sisters of Mayhem" Support Team, and my Wrecker mecha. Still in-progress are another vehicle and the 2nd version of the Sisters of Mayhem.

They are exquisitely sculpted, and I had a lot of fun painting them. I had originally planned to paint their Telozeltbahn in the historical pattern, but after a German Camo Beige base coat they looked so good I just decided that they are wearing a 1947 Desert Zeltbahn Pattern".

Ah, I've never seen that web-exclusive stuff off their site before. They're a bit of extra variety I suppose, and well not many do Desert alt-history minis. Are you going for bits and bobs, or have you picked up anything else?

I have 3 of the Vampyr sets, and several of the other weapons sets. I'm in-progress on a 251 Halftrack and a 8-rad now. One of my armies is Neue Deutsches Afrika Korps, I have 2 Dust walkers and 3 squads of infantry, a female commander, and the Dustified vehicles for it in various stages of completion.
