It's a Weird Interwars Steampunk setting created by Jakub Różalski (who's done some really nice and uncomfortable stuff recently).
Just some good inspiration (and the game looks good too).

I feel I've seen this before but probably only the art not the game. It looks really fun. I want some of those mechs as minis.

The artist has definitely been around a lot. He's been doing stuff before the announcement of this, I'm pretty sure.

Yeah its the artwork for the scythe board game, even the Prussian guy features in the board game. And I too would go mand if this was a war game with minis, TAKE MY MONEY!
