I was just on Shapeways, lusting over their 1/600th scale, F-101 Voodoo interceptors, and noticed they're offering FREE shipping for the next 10 days, for orders over $25, so now might be the time to buy some stuff, if you've been waiting for a while.
IIRC, they also typically offer a discount around Thanksgiving as well, for Black Friday.
For small orders, buying now might be better, but for larger ones, a discount on stuff in November might be a better deal.
