Thank you.

Here is a view of an Heroics and Ros model in action. It is an Albatross overflying the Messines battlefield:

Nice looking planes - the blue is particularly vibrant!

I do like the battle field too. The trench models work very well - are they some kind of plaster with the trenches and shell holes embossed in?

Great little models - can't beat those WW1 German planes for colourfulness

Nifty. I am inspired to resume painting my own 1:144 models.

Thank you. The trenches are latex all-in-one. TimeCast produces them. Highly recommended.

Even better, it's easier to spend money, than try to scratch build somethings!

Especially when you have to cover large battlefields  ;)

Such as Vimy Ridge:

or the Somme:

The latter 'table' was more than 15' long. I just don't have the time to scratch build enough trenches for these sorts of situations.

 o_o :o :-*

I knew your group did some big tables - but WOW!

Where these both public display games?

Yes, both examples were public display games. More are included on this page, plus further details about Vimy and the Somme too:

First Battle of the Marne was by far the biggest (to date ;) )
