The retro aliens for our new 1950s Alien Invasion X rules are now available. In addition to a pack of four Majestic 12 Agents. (Don't forget that the U.S. troops to battle the insidious invaders are already available.

Invasion X is a set of 28mm scale war game skirmish rules that allows players to game fictional encounters between the human race and various creatures and beings from the Unknown, in the halcyon days of the 1950's and 60'S. Saucer Men, Subterraneans, Sasquatch, Giant Atomic Ants and many more all feature in these rules together with profiles of various human individuals with whom you can use to save mankind. Includes Evidence counters, templates and Saucer Tactic Cards.
Up next will be the Venusian Saucer Men, Alien Commanders and some more civilian characters.

Some great designs and nice character but the clean-up/casting leaves a lot to be desired. The Greys look particularly poorly made/prepared for paint.

The photos were of painted master casts. These casts were cleaned up considerably before going in the production moulds.

The unpainted ones look much better... and smoother too. If I came across as a bit blunt, I apologise. I really like the look of these and it seemed a shame that the products weren't being shown off at their best.

No problem. It doesn't help that I haven't painted in 14 years.
