Damn, double post....how do I lose the other one?
-
Don't know about how to delete the other post, but the scenery looks great. Time for a return match.

This is fantastic, looks brilliant.

Removed it for you.
OT, while I am not too big a fan of rectangular "natural" scenery pieces, yours look great and match up rather nicely.

Glad to have this back up! :-* :-* I can't remember, did you end up making the sangers?

Still splendid :-*

Damn, that's just too good. Bought bark chips or gathered? If bought, hobby shop prices or home and garden centre prices?
-
Really impressive all gathered together like that! :o :-*

I made them and a mate who runs a terrain business cast them up...they work really well. I'll do some pictures.

They are a special Spanish bark that is not available from retail outlets in the UK. I got lucky, the worldwide supplier is 4 miles from me, I sent them some pictures of some smaller pieces and they took pity on me. They were very generous, the bark is no longer imported into the UK so they searched their warehouses and I got two huge sacks for free.

Good for you. That is a lucky find. I am having a devil of a time finding some.

Nice. I raided a fallen tree near me once (after severe storms) to get bark pieces for a bit of scenery. It wasn't easy and I kept thinking I was doing something naughty by taking it!

What's the best way to sterilize this stuff? Pop it in the oven?
-
They are some lovely pieces! Great colours too! :-*

I live in Los Angeles, California, so have access to store-bought landscaping bark-chips of various sizes, but on the odd occassion when I found some nice pieces when camping or hiking in the woods, I put them in the microwave on "HIGH" for 30 seconds.
