Does anyone have the molds or sell these anymore?
-
I found them on the web but need some time to remember the name of the new manufacturer:.......
;)
-
As Sergentmajor has close his shop, i think they are now only available from them :

Thats the old Monolith / Graven Images range rather than the Vendel ones.
-
ah ?
i thought they were in the lot at the end of the page o_o

According to this fairly recent thread (http://theminiaturespage.com/boards/msg.mv?id=465026) over on TMP most moulds taken from Vendel were in pretty bad shape already. After Sgt. Major Miniatures has gone out of business there's sadly little hope that anyone is ever going to retrieve them.
But since the original sculptor, Colin Patten, sells his Dark Age minis through Warlord, they could take the opportunity to let him work on their Siege of Malta range as well. Well, one can dream…
-
Thats sad, there's relatively few good elizabethan minis around as it was.
-
I don't know what they are like but iirc, there is Hoka Hey and Reiver Castings too...
-
Reiver Castings look better in the flesh (metal) than the images on the website, they do both mounted and foot versions of many of their figures they slighter figures than Hoka Hey

I know it maybe bad form to resurrect long-lost threads, but thought I'd share some information I just found.
The Vendel Border Reivers have been acquired by Thistle & Rose Miniatures, who are working hard to get the range back up and running. Plans for a website soon, but for now there's a FB group.

@LCpl McDoom is correct that the T&R guys purchased the Border Reivers and some of the other 28mm Sgt Majors (previously Vendel) ranges. The FB page is the current contact for T&R. I'm aware they have been evaluating and reworking some 28mm molds and working to get some of the 15mm T&R ancients out soon. Two cents worth.
