Ordered the Molochs, and due to the fact that CMON reduced a lot of their own modells as well, I added the female Barbarian I was looking for.

Possibly - we regularly get higher than EU postage, especially from the US - although I am occasionally surprised by lower costs.
I am still tempted by the Hydra, as it's still worth it - especially if I get other stuff to spread out the shipping cost - but I am very much disinclined to pay such a fee for shipping.

Still strange though. $7 Europe, $9 NZ but $25 to Malta. That's taking the piss, I would have expected to pay $25 myself.

Wow! I just ordered the Hydra and Cyclops. The latter has been on my list for ages, and the former is just too frickin' cool to pass up on. My Mid Nor force is becoming something to be reckoned with...
$7,- shipping too. But since the total (including shipping) is $47,-, I will most likely be hit by customs. that will add another €8,54 to the total, plus the extortionist administrative fee from TNT; another €8,-, for a total of €57,19
Which is great, considering the original pricing for a total of $199,98, excluding postage, customs and administration!
Normally I would not make any purchases of this magnitude, but I just aced a mandatory law exam yesterday, so this is my way of congratulating myself... :D

That is very true. Shipping this small never comes up (even shipping from Oz to NZ)

No news since, but it must have touched down in the Netherlands by now. When it arrives in-country, I'll probably be hit with taxes etc, so I need to pay those before the package will be forwarded to me, which will most likely take another week.
But with the busy times we're having right now, I'd be very surprised if I receive my order before the end of the year to be honest.
But at least I got all the above notifications, including a track and trace number. Marijn; if you didn't get any emails (did you check your spam filter?), I'd be all over them by now if I were you, as it's obvious things are not going as planned...

Ordered the Confrontation golem but used my credit card so it's insured at least...............couldn't not at that price thank you! Fingers crossed it'll arrange before next Xmas....I've ordered off them before so relatively confident it'll arrive..............

Ordered the steam-golem, Belial and the Confrontation undead. The prices are incredible. Do they close their shop?
Sadly most of the stuff is already sold out and so I expect this to take a while.

There's apparently a company relaunching Confrontation at the moment.There's a long thread about it on DakkaDakka.
It could be that cool mini has since lost the rights to distribute and produce these miniatures now that the game is back in development and is trying to empty it's stock quickly.

So, got my package today, but am realy pissed >:(
When I opened it, there was just the female barbarian inside, but no sign of the molochs.
There's just a handwritten note on the packing slip saying "refunded", with no further explanation.
Even when I got my shipping notification they said that both the molochs and the barbarin were shipped, no word that the molochs are not available anymore :-[
Really hate that kind of behaviour.

Bugger. Unfortunately that is pretty much par for the course with CMoN, customer service has always been a very minor concern for them.
Obviously easier for them to upset buyers than to keep stock levels on the sale figures up to date.
Have to see what happens with other peoples orders, just the Confron stuff or all the sale categories I wonder?

Another bad thing is that they even didn't change the value of the custom declaration, it still shows the full amount of my order.
And in the end I paid $7 shipping for a single $3 mini.
But none the less, fingers crossed that you guys will get your stuff :)

Well that sounds crap. I really hope the hydra is in my pack as I bought it when plenty of stock was left. I also bought the Dragon but that was an afterthought really and don't particularly want it without the hydra.

I don't look at the commercial tab as I (wrongly) assumed it was only makers touting their wares.
Looks like I've missed some great bargains, even though I need never buy another Conf figure in my life and still have too many.
Hope you all get what you ordered eventually and enjoy painting them up.

A couple of days ago I received an email about stocktaking so I guess part of the sale was to get rid of stock.

Unexpectedly I received my packet here in Spain this morning.
Status had not been updated since the shipping notice so I had no idea where it was en-route.
All the pieces I ordered arrived; a selection of the Dark Sword Di'Terlizzi Fantasy figures.

All my order arrived in the UK. I did have to pay VAT (which I don't mind) plus the rather excessive £8 "handling charge" from the post office (which I do mind) - I have to pay to go into the local office and collect the packet. But still, all the order was there and I now have plenty of Enigma and Rackham minis to keep me busy.

Just got mine today.
The dragon is huge. Not $300 huge but definitely $60 huge. The Hydra is great also. The pieces fit together almost seamlessly.

But the €13 in handling costs are totally absurd for a package worth €37. That's almost 33% of the cost! I will fail a complaint with them. Won't do anything for me now, but one can always hope it will effect in the long run. And it's a matter of principal.

Couldn't agree more. They should make that fee a percentage of the value, instead of a flat fee. We now pay €13,- for any shipment over €22,-, regardless if it is €22,01 worth of toys or a €40.000,00 car... ::)

I guess it's a flat fee because it's the same paperwork irrespective of the value. Same here in the UK. It's a shame as it does take the shine off the bargain aspect a little.
But hey, new toys. :D

That's true of course, but with the volume going through these days, they're making an absolute killing on this (which is probably why they keep it going).
The fee was first raised well before the whole internet commerce boom. Now they're at a huge multitude of shipments, with a whole range of technical innovations (such as advanced OCR software, automated sorting machines etc), that they could reduce those fees significantly, while in reality, they're increasing them almost every year.
I'd suggest to at least have the fees dropped if the import tax amount is lower or equal to the fee amount. Trust me; they'll still make a pretty penny off doing virtually nothing extra... ;)
But hey, new toys. :D
And that, of course, is the main thing! ;D

Ordered on the 27th November and had no updates or anything since... I sent a support ticket in last week asking for an update on the progress of the order and they haven't responded. I reckon a week is long enough for a response so if I don't have anything by tomorrow I'll probably just file a PayPal dispute.
I guess those prices were really too good to be true... :(

Finally, yesterday got my package at the customs - additional fee was 13 EUR. The post took almost one month to deliver parcel to the customs :o. At one moment I thought the parcel is lost, but I have now my minis and am very happy - the Cynwall Wyrm is large! :)

14th December - 2 orders, just the one in theory on the way. Only contained the one Golem which may be why?

I wouldn't worry just yet, I've had cardboard boxes half my height shipped to me as "envelope letters" since the concept of a letter seems to be somewhat open to interpretation

Aaaand as a further note to this, I've just received my own "large envelope" which turned out to be a sturdy cardboard box that contained several Wrath of Kings box sets I'd ordered.
I wish the local mail would allow me to ship stuff like that as envelopes...

So my "large envelope" turned out to be a 14.5 x 14 x 9.5 inch box, so I guess that folks in the US have different definitions than we do. ;D
Somewhat surprisingly everything is there, Griffon, 2 Dwarf Golems, Flesh Golem, Hydra and even the Molochs. The Molochs were the main surprise considering Comsquare's post from back in December where they didn't get theirs, presumably because they were out of stock.

My 2nd parcel turned up this morning so all is eventually good.

Got my parcel from the post office. Whilst the prices on the CMON HP were really good, I had to pay another 10€ customs, plus the 35€ service since I now live in a remote area of central Europe where you cannot simply go to the customs office after work (because they close between 2.30 and 4pm!!!). IT doesnt seem such a good deal now, but otherwise, I got Belial whom I admired since the first pictures leaked when Confrontation was very young...and a dwarf golem. Quality is amazing, but the minis are not as big as I had imagined.
