Thanks guys!  My personal favourites are "Sgt Rock" and "Rambo".  No prizes for guessing which ones are these guys!

@Rich - is that a Russian gun? I was trying to figure out what it is.  The figs are billed as Alternative WW2 or Retro Sci-Fi, so I think some of the weps are supposedly "modernized" versions of historical models.

Thanks again!  I need to thank Tom and Zoogla.  Their websites taught me everything I know about painting (and photographing) 28mm figures!

Cracking paint job on those minis!
What are they like Scale-wise with other manufacturers? I heard they were a little on the small side.

I really like the look of their Weird War type stuff. I can see I'll have to order the German starter set ( and the American one, funds permitting!)

These figs are wonderfully painted! I really like the way you have captured their character. They look like 3D renderings of comic book heroes! I love them, and they certainly go a long way toward enticing me to pick some Darkson figs up in the future!
