Black Earth : Heavy Metal brings to the table a brand new set of rules for 28mm and 15mm sci-fi / modern tabletop gaming along with new additions to the Black Earth line of resin miniatures.
This release focuses on armoured vehicles and anti tank infantry which will be available in 28mm and 15mm scales while the vehicles will also be available in 6mm!
The campaign goes live on the 1st of February 2018 at 18:00 GMT and will run for 30 days.
Nuclear Shrimp Games is an independent miniatures and games design and manufacturing studio so we are confident that nothing short of an overwhelming demand will prevent us from delivering to our backers in the 6 month period we have set.

Colour me interested!

Just a kind request, I'll try to be checking forums such as this as much as possible, but if someone has any questions it would be much easier to just post them on our facebook page where we'll see them 100%.
Thanks!
ps. dwartist, you can consider yourself officially coloured :)

...
If anyone notices something on the FB page that isn't repeated here, I would not be displeased by a pointer. FB is just TOO unfriendly to those who refuse to join up.
Best of luck, NSG!

Backed this one, I'm a sucker for sci-fi tanks lol
-
Won't back it... unless I can find some cash to scratch. I'll be the first in line for 15mm stuff if I could afford it right now
-
So after a little longer than 30 hours we hit our goal *que victorious trumpet sounds*.
We'll be adding more stuff as the days go by and since we've seen a clear interest by some of you guys, I'll make sure I post here regularly.
Thanks!

I’m very interested in the 15mm versions. That looks pretty good as a fallout-substitute...and you can never have enough 15s, right?
-
and you can never have enough 15s, right?
RIGHT !!!!!!
A very, very tempting KS , hope to see more 15mm stuff , obviously.

Kickstarter update: We did a clean up on our rewards, made it clear what exists in every category, even added some stuff.
Oh and we've already unlocked the first 2 (practically :P) stretch goals!
Thanks

Yesss, more 15mm :D :D :D

So, it's been a long time since my last update here so there's a few things of note.
The campaign is marching towards 200% funding which means we've unlocked 4 stretch goals and we're really close to unlocking the 5th. We've enriched the options in all scales so even if you checked it earlier this month you might want to take another look. Also, due to popular demand, we've decided to make 6mm infantry as well to acompany our new 6mm vehicles and mechs.
Now, in the next stretch goal all backers will be receiving printable 3d files for free to create their own defensive terrain in addition to unlocking some 28mm infantry upgrade kit options.

Also, a certain member of this forum (a coloured one to be precice) has acquired a few of our existing miniatures and is currently painting them. Enjoy his amazing work right here: http://dwartist.blogspot.gr/2018/02/black-earth-euf-lieutenant.html :-*
And finally, another member of this forum (you guys are amazing) has posted comparison photos for our 6mm and 15mm to help out those who think about getting some. Many thanks Z: http://castrarunis.blogspot.gr/2018/02/black-earth-6mm-15mm-mini-size.html

Sooo, for our next stretch goal I present you the mighty GORUSK!
(coming to a KS near you in 28mm/15mm/6mm versions if we hit the 12k stretch goal)

This campaign is reaching its end and we're really happy with the so far progress. Of course that doesn't mean there's no more goodies hidden in our vault so take a look at the KS in frequent intervals to stay informed.
Thank you all!

Due to popular request we've assembled most of our miniatures for a family photo and to make comparing sizes easier. These are the 28mm miniatures but you get a very good idea about the other scales as well. At the second picture you can also see the Heavy Hulk Battlesuit which is our next stretch goal.
At this point I'd like to remind to anyone that's interested and still hasn't pledged, that we're nearing the end of this Kickstarter (we have less than 3 days left to go).
