Title: Saber & Blood [beta version pre Kickstarter] review
Post by: Anatoli on February 20, 2018, 07:04:39 PM
Today is the first time I review a "beta" stage game since "Incursion" (which was many years ago). Kazrak Miniatures sent me a preview prototype for their upcoming game "Saber & Blood". A turn based, card driven brawling game with clever dice mechanics and great miniatures set in 17th century central/eastern Europe.

It has a lot of potential and good things going for it. It will also have its own Kickstarter campaign soon so that the small independent company behind the game get funds to branch out the game with more locations and factions.

Core factions in the game are Poles and Cossacks.

Check out the full review over at my blog along with a bunch of pictures of painted miniatures, gameplay and photos of other components:

Thanks for the review. It looks interesting but I really like the figures rather than the game or the rules.

Maybe the figures will be available as a separate "add on" during the Kickstarter for those only interested in the minis.
