Title: Vampire wars stuff wips
Post by: majorsmith on March 04, 2018, 12:17:31 PM
Got these wulfenjager with hounds, does this basing work? Also got this big ass wolf I want to use either as a full on werewolf or vampire in wolf form it's big and nasty so I think it will work nicely, going to build up the base so it's rocky etc, most of my models spend most of their time in cabinets so they need to look good on display

It's a shield wolf miniatures wolf, I got 5, they are horrible to fit together, the wolf needs a load of miliput in the gaps, and also the fangs are really quite brittle but yeah he's massive!!

Considering you play friendly games with a focus on narrative I don't think how you base them will matter too much when it comes to gameplay, other than the usual placement of figures in/around scenery issue but that's not really a problem between mates I reckon. Go with what you like the look of the most!

Wolf IS huge lol

While, perhaps, slightly smaller, the GW Fenrisian Wolves are probably a far better large wolf/dire wolf option
