There is a new Hellboy set coming from Wizkids, they look better

those look pretty cool are Heroclix compatible with 28mm stuff?
-
ish, depends on the individual sculpt. Some are quite close, some smaller and some larger.... :?
-
Looks like a cool set. I may have to get those now as well.
:)
-
Cool set! Do they have the Nazi baddies as well?
-
As far as I know, this is a self contained set of figures so what you get is just these. Not saying they won't bring out more in the line if they sell of course!
-
A question have hero cliks 40ths style superhero´s or badguy´s with can be use to attack Nazi Germans ?
I think of old school Cap. America ,Redskull ,Flash ........
-
The new DC set will have Golden Age heroes in them. Inlcuding my FAVORITE hero The Sandman. Also, the original IndyHeroclix had a Hellboy hero called Lobster Johnson who battled Nazis during the war.
-
Hey Grimm, I have seen Captain America and Flash. I'm sure there are others. There is also Superman and Batman. Just search on eBay!!
-
Ok so I've started working on a conversion of Hellboy, but I've got one kink in my plans, and that's a giant stone hand, any ideas?
-
If you have one, start with an old 40K power fist, cut off the pipes and rivets and scar some cracks in it.
-
Yeah I'll check my bitz box, thanks.
-
It's taken me a few more days than I hope, but here's my take on the Heroclix Hellboy repainted

For what ever reason the image doesn't display, but if you join the yahoo groups below and go into the photos section and look under the Unreleased folder you will find the picture of Hellboy. IMO this is the best Hellboy out there.
This one is made by Jim Bowens Disturbia Line of figures. It is unreleased but you could probably email him and ask if he has any.
Here is the yahoo groups site

Just found this site the scultpts aren't amazing, but I think lobster johnson will be my pulp hero http://www.sjgames.com/miniatures/hellboy/heroes/
-
Just be aware that the Steve Jackson figures are quite small, 25mm rather than 28mm+....
-
I can't say I am impressed with those miniatures. To bad, I think Lobster Johnson is really cool interpretation of what a "real" super hero in the 30ies and 40ies would be like.
-
Would the 40mm Jim Bowen Hell boyish be OK with 28mm figures, I know he was big and wondered if it would look OK?
-
these are my graven hellboy figures, a dream to paint but 40mm!

damn, that's good, majorsmith, have to paint my Hellboy stuff too
-
Nice paint jobs!
I wish they'd do the Graven Images stuff in 28mm too...

I wish they'd do the Graven Images stuff in 28mm too...
The cost would be prohibitive, so it's not going to happen
-
I think you could use at least the Hellboy mini, given that he´s a big boy in the movie, as well... looks great!
