Wow the shapes of the turrets are really quite different. Which in your opinion is the most accurate?

The Rubicon one. I have their M4A2 and it’s an excellent kit, well researched, nicely detailed and well engineered.

Excellent painting on all three.
Which one do you like the best?

One of the crew figures is said to be by Iron Cross - presumably the commander of theBlitzkrieg Miniatures vehicle. The only company with a matching name which I can find is Iron Cross Miniatures, based in Germany, who only appear to make German infantry and gun crews.  Is this figure by a different company, and, if so, could you please provide a link?

Thanks guys  ;)

Well.
I've not a favourite one, but if I've to bought a fourth I choose the Blitzkrieg Sherman, why?
- It was the cheapest model.
- It is the one that has the least parts to assemble (5), a very important factor for who has dozens of storage minis (a wargamer curse).
- I really like the detail of the serial numbers placed on the mantlet, turret and hull.
- The gun barrel it's made of aluminum and brass, like RBmodel.

The most detailed model is undoubtedly the Rubicon, but it has many pieces, an authentic plastic kit.

I also like the Warlord turret, but I'm not a fan of their tracks system. They do not have a perfect fit and have some flaws resulting from a mold that is probably already quite worn.
I also had to change the gun barrel for a Rubicon one, which I had in my spare box. The original was quite thick, completely out of scale, I think !!

So, as I have the complete Sherman Troop for my US Battlegroup FoTR units, I do not need to buy no more M4A3E8.

The Bliztkrieg and the Warlord tank commanders are from Iron Cross, I bought at Great Escape Games store: http://www.greatescapegames.co.uk/vehicle-crew/us-vehicles/coyb-tankcomm1.html

Cheers!

They are Company B.

Thanks for the clarification. I have the Warlord M4A3E8, and this post, along with the anticipated arrival of What a Tanker! motivated me to build it, but I can only find half of it (hull and left side tracks, and most of the metal parts including the driver but, not the commander.) Many of my other kits are equally dispersed. My comparison gallery will be some time coming.

Yes, indeed, but the plastic blister/box as an Iron Cross insert card, so...
But that's not important, what really matters are the figures quality.
 ;)

Cheers.
