I keep finishing those projects I started all those years ago! :D This one is one of the oldest, a project I started ~2005-2007! o_o I'm starting to feel like I can do anything! lol

Mordheim Undead Gang
I wrote an in-depth (ahem) blog post with many more pics and words to mark the occasion: https://belchedfromthedepths.blogspot.com/2018/06/mordheim-undead-gang.html
Hope you like!

I like them a lot! :-* Especially the guy with the lamp! :o
-
They are nice (in a rotten, undeadish way). Very consistent painting despite how long ago you started that project.
Can't quite decide which one I like best- it's either the monkey or the dangly- eyed dwarf.
-
Wonderful :-*
-
well, not sure if the length of time is exactly commensurate, but fantastic painting so all's well that ends well :-*
-
They're very nice - it's monkey vs lantern for me 8)
-
Brilliant work and really inspiring. They're all great - I like the wolves in particular - but the OSL on the lantern is really skilful.
-
OUTSTANDING! That is one of THE BEST Mordheim Gangs I have had the pleasure of seeing, AND, as a Mod on T.B.M.F., I have seen quite a few War Bands. The choice of miniatures & the painting/base are WONDERFUL. VERY WELL DONE!
-
Thanks all, I'm glad you like them!
-
This is an awesome warband! The models all work so well together, I love seeing models from different ranges unified by painting style. I have to admit it does bother me that the vampire's base isn't brown like the rest of them though, haha
-
This is a lovely warband. Nice cohesive group of models and brilliant paintjob. Fits the dark dangerous aesthetic of the game wonderfully.
-
Beautiful band of brigands.
I am thinking on Undead myself but it breaks on the rock of good looking zombies. You were lucky to get those.
-
Nice, I love the reaper vampire

Thanks! And I guess if you are going to resurrect a thread, none more thematically appropriate could be had! lol I was lucky, but also prudent. I was a student of modest means at the time and had long wanted them, and when I got wind GW was canning the specialist ranges I dug into the wallet to get what I would otherwise regret later. :) What about the White Knight zombies from TAG, though? They are very fine.

Thanks, also, majorsmith, casual tea and MagpieJono!

Only ten years? Mordheim was released in 1999, no? that's twenty years ago and I still have to paint about six wonderfull warbands i have. lol lol
-
I've only just got into the game (!), and suspect it'll be 20 yrs before I get anything finished (if I'm still around by then).
but anyhow, to say again, the OP's warband up top is superb - love it.
* btw, that reaper gravedigger figure is great - got to get one of those assuming current.
