My youngest was of school today and board so I let him go mad with grass tufts. So I thought what can he stick them on and I'm not too fussed if he dropped it. I grab an unfinished high chariot superglued it an old painted base. He's go in the house quite chuffed with his efforts.
Then it occurred to me I've not painted a single War Hammer figure in years.
I'm determined to finish a War Hammer project(for myself) before Christmas.
But which one pretty elves or functional dwarves ?
Mark.

Has to be dwarves, they look the dogs danglies
-
I like the green 'horses' pulling the elven chariot. That means elves are my pick but both forces look great.

Here's a few more pics. :)

The Griffin is fantastic, but those Dwarven banners... WOW! Let's see some more of THAT!
-
Pull your finger out man, do them both :D
-
Oh come on I can't be the only one with twenty year old 'one day' projects lol
Fram, here's a couple more pics.
Whiles it's still light I've popped out side and taken a couple more pictures of things that aren't Pulp. ;D Including another old 40k banner(I'll pop another thread up if your interested?)

Such smooth and natural colours. Noticed the perfectly subtle spotting on the body too...
-
Great work on both - so yes, another vote for both :)
And as others have said - the griffin is marvellous, but so are those dwarf banners!
-
Found a couple more bits that'll fit in with either army.

Griffin for me. I always loved that model and planing to but it "some day".
But yours in one of best Ive seen of him painted.
-
Another vote for ‘both’ from me! :D
Although in saying that those dwarf slayers are great! They remind me of the warring clans in the Pixar film Brave!...
“It's jist nae fair makin us ficht for the hand o the quine that disnae want any bit o it. Ken?”
Where’s the metal golem from?

It’s the tinman from an old citadel limited edition blister way back in the 1980s.

The answer, oooooobviously, is both, but in tandem.
Make sure you have 1 hero and 2 small units finished. Play a battle with your kid, add a warnachine or creature on both sides, play a battle, add another unit on both sides, etc.
Fun times.

I have an entire high elves army in the boxes blisters still.... one day.... you can see a lot of my dwarves i've knocked out in my last couple updates on my page... those are from a while back... i love the dwarves..... but also, lot's of ppl have those.... I don't think lot's of people have large elf armies... i say elves first, then dwarves...
I bought a guys collection off of here actually, he made me promise to finish it. Love these guys... guess that's why i want to see you start the elves.... i'd love to see your render of them...

Dwarfs / Dwarves please.

Love your paintjobs. Tyrion is looking marvelous. If you don't have opponents handy the "both" idea is a sound one, doing a unit here and one over there. If you go with one side, go for the dwarfs.

This sounds an eminently sensible idea. :)
