I recently ordered 2 packs of the 3mm buildings from Brigade Models UK (ACW buildings and Normandy Buildings). Admittedly not a high value order, but duly paid for, including the minimum shipping charge plus the extra % of transaction (which together was far higher the actual shipping cost).
What I received was a cardboard box containing one too large baggie of ACW buildings and one open too large baggie that presumably used to contain the now loose French buildings, no wrapping, no padding/bubblewrap/old newspaper or anything, just a bunch of small metal blocks rolling around and smashing into each other like dried peas in a rattle. Nothing to provide any form of protection to the edges or smaller points on the models.
Dreadful lack of thought or concern for the goods they are supplying. Very poor service, obviously Brigade consider small orders insignificant and not worthy of any care or attention.

I’m surprised to hear this about Brigade Models, whenever I’ve used them I’ve had good service.

I'd only used them twice but also never had issue.

Well I’ve never had a problem with Black Tree either, Now Warlord Games lots of problems with casting but always sorted out quickly & efficiently

Did you bring it to their attention so that they could remedy the error?
