Title: SALUTE 2019 Theme?

I see that they have now opened registration for Traders and Games for next years Salute. I was wondering if anyone has yet heard what the shows theme will be? ???

Heard rumours it is going to be  'Post Apocalypse' but nothing absolute

One of colleagues says that he now recalls hearing the same rumour. Maybe there is something in it? You'd think that there would be some clue for those who want to put on a themed game.

I have been going to Salute for the past 6 or 7 years and I must admit this year it seemed the scifi/fantasy games were in the majority. And increasingly weird scifi/fantasy at that though, as a historical wargamer of mature years maybe that's just how it seemed  :)

I wasn't planning to go next year though with the demise of Derby I may think again. I like to go to at least one show a year.

Apparently it was around 50/50 with alternate history being lumped with sci-fi/fantasy.

Just change ‘Salute’ for ‘The Last Post’ and they have it nailed.
