Title: Rubberised horse hair?

Hi,

I'm looking for a place to order rubberised horsehair to build me some shrubs and other flora.
Sadly I haven't been able to find this material locally (Belgium), so maybe one ofyou has pointer to a (European) online store where I can order this?

Replaceable furnace filters are similar to rubberised horse hair and the coconut liners for hanging baskets has been mentioned on other sites.
