These have been gathering dust for a while now. It was Sabots 1939-40 thread with its garage pictures that reminded me .
There's a 1920's + manual pump(tall) ,and a 1930's + electric pump(short) It was common to find both types of pump on the same forecourt. Also there's a motor oil forecourt cabinet, and a forecourt 'swing' sign.
I thought as I'm dropping of sculpts at Partizan this weekend.I'd see if anyone was interested in these . Because I can drop them off to add to the follies range at the same time . If not I'll add them to my own garage (when its finished.

Nice one . I shall see you there.
..... and the mechanic type figure? 👍
-
Those would absolutely be useful.
-
I agree it is much useful.
Manual pump plus mechanic a must!
-
The mechanic is part of this set. It's already released. It's the Chinese Adventures set.
Are you suggesting a mechanic would be nice as part of the set?
-
I think it would finish the set off nicely. I struggled to find a useful figure and have head swapped a Eureka figure ( new head is flat cap wearing chap) but, your mechanic figure is smashing. 👍
-
The garage set looks really good and very useful.
How about an AA or RAC phone box, just a thought.
-
Definitely liking the petrol pump set.
-
Yet more nice/essential stuff from you.
I like you, but my wallet is beginning to hate you.
-
Excellent work! :-* :-*
-
Certainly interested in the pumps, quite essential for VBCW/Sealion type games or indeed France 1940 where diesel pumps were an important German objective.
-
Just finished putting a garage together and didn't really like the rectangular MDF pumps...but yours are lovely. How can I get a set of those with the cabinet & sign? If the mechanic was in the set too, that would be even better.
-
Most definitely need some.I shall be placing an order for the set and all the other bits!!
-
I very much like the gas pump set :-* :-*
-
Will they be at Partizan?
How much?
Where (which stall) can I get them from?

1st Corps usually carries Mark's stuff, except for the dedicated line he's doing for Sally Forth, so if 1st corps has a booth at Partizan, that'd be the place to look.

I’d be interested if they’re available this Sunday - but from the OP I’d assumed they were still sculpts?
4th Edit: don’t think I’ve woken up yet! They are finished aren’t they.
-
Thanks Fram. I will have a look, if they are not there..... I will not buy them.
-
I will be a Partizan and these are still in the master stage. (handing them over on the day to be cast.) There is a suitable figure unreleased to go with these so I'll get Simon to add it to the set.
I'll also be dropping off an Austin 7 scout car to add to the follies.

good news
-
This is a great set and will possibly get some interest from the 1:55 scale model railway enthusiasts. Is there an online way to buy them so I can pass a link on?
-
Andy once there cast they'll be on the 1st corps miniatures website in the c20th follies section.
I'm contemplating telephone boxes( of course mine will be painted cream.) ,pillar boxes, and sign posts.

Those accessories you have sculpted Mark will be most welcome.

Picked up the castings to paint for the lads. Great work Mark.
-
Brilliant job. Lovely paint job on both the attendant and the whole garage....and the truck.
-
Now your dropping me in it lol
You picked up motorcycles and bits. Not the petrol pumps ,as I only dropped the masters off at the show.
Helen,
glad you like them.I've spoken with Simon and Mick today . So I've now a game plan. So they'll be more useful bits PDQ,
Mark.
