Title: Scratchbuilt Dark Ages Tower

this is impressive, did you cut all the foam blocks individually? If with what, and how long did it take?

That looks like a lot of work. I am very impressed. Cutting out all those bricks looks absolutely stunning but has always intimidated the hells out of me.

I used a Proxxon hot wire cutter for this project https://www.proxxon.com/us/micromot/37080.php (https://www.proxxon.com/us/micromot/37080.php) it is a very useful tool. The actual making the bricks is easy; you simply cut a half dozen of so strips of blue board with a section the size of the brisk you want then you stack the strips and slice thin sections off the end. After that it is simply a matter of sticking them to the outside of the blue board shape (it is boring.......yes it is!)
