Hi there, just wanted to brag about my first 3d designed and printed enterprise... not perfect but it's my baby! I already know some modifications to be made, but in the meantime I behold my fortress defending a 1 euro treasure against a raiding French battallion

Fantastic, well done.

Agreed! I've seen much worse from 3D printing.
-
Oh, that is a thing of beauty! I like the tiny troops as well!
Keep up the good work

Nice!
I tried creating a system of modular bastion forts for my 2mm range, Forward March Miniatures, but had to call it off due to time constraints and the sheer scale of the endeavor (no pun intended). Yours looks great though. Very effective and clean looking.

Many thanks to all. Not bad as a first try, but I need to do the walls less tall, less angled, shorter and deeper parapets. And add stairs... And of course then I need some outer works - either tenailles and counterguards, or demilunes and arrows. Maybe a ravelin...connected with a bridge to a more elaborate gate..
Forwardmarch, you were the inspiratjon for this. Started working on it after buying your product and printing the excellent houses!

That is really great, will you be selling the files when you are happy with it?
I have a boxful of the Forward March figures for the WSS in Catalonia that city defences will be needed for.

Many thanks robh! I will definitely find a way to allow other people to use it. As of now I ve got work to do!
