I'm mainly a 40mm AWI collector/gamer and my set up is based for colonial America . With a little Improvisation (a bit short of Bocage ) , my side line project is Normandy 44. Love the Battlegroup rules and Piers great pics are very inspiring . His brilliance in getting atmosphere sets the bar . Certainly trying to get a more open feel than a Flames of War car park .
With this scale you don't need a lot , trying to do quality over quantity and bookeeping like ammo rules are reasonably easy , as you can loose markers .Also l like the impact that you can see the devastating advantage a Tiger has over a Cromwell , and the powderpuff M5s recon. Thanks for having a butchers .

Very impressive. How big is the table, so that you can fit on all those big 1/35 tanks?

What a a wonderful way to present this, ending up with that amazingly contoured table!
The models are excellent as are the figures. A agree with all the positives above and think it's just extraordinary.

Table is set up in the working barn about 2mins walk from main house.
Size is 20feet by 7 feet . I have a good reach and 7ft is no problem . That little extra depth makes a real difference.

Being contoured really brings life to terrain. As in real life nothing is really flat . My inspiration is from the model railways as they take it to a higher level with texture , depth Etc.

I am envious of your space, and what you have done with it.
