Giving me that "Where Eagles Dare" feeling.

Lovely work.
Can I ask how you make your snow?
:)

Always loved these figures. By Richard Ansell for BG IIRC. Great painting 8)

I’ll second that question. I recently bought a couple of Vallejo producys and they look pretty much exactly what I could have done with some Polyfilla.

What Carlos said.
Though mine was lumpy white paint from GW ^__^.

I used baking soda.

Cheers! Tried and true method then. I’ve heard that it yellows with age but then I’ve had a packet open in the pantry for the better part of a year and never noticed ant discolouration.

For my snow bases I used an off-white drybrush and then PVA with talcum powder sprinkled on top. Not as shiny as baking soda, but I think it looks ok.

I painted these to ages ago, when I had a fetich fro gebirgs- and fallschirmjagers, both. So they are Ansell. I used to think they were Hicks' work but looking at them now it is pretty clear they aint.
