Apologies for taking this a bit off topic but I thought the group might be interested in this. My brother-in-law recently completed a commission to build a diorama for a new exhibition gallery in Sydney's recently renovated ANZAC War Memorial. It's a large piece showing an action where Capt Jeffries of the 34th Battalion won a posthumous VC during an assault on a German pillbox. The scale is approximately 1/25. There's move information about it and the construction here https://thetacticalpainter.blogspot.com/2018/11/anzac-war-memorial-passchendaele-diorama.html

Awesome work by the bro in law

That is very impressive - more so when you read the blog post explanation of how it was made. :-*.
Please say "Well done" to your brother in law.

Indeed it is!

Bloody impressive! I shall be sure to visit next time I’m up there.

Amazing! I love all the details in it.

Outstanding work. Shows all the gruesome tragedy!

One of the best features are the touch screen interactive displays that surround the diorama. They have really made an effort to help people understand exactly what is going on and the background. You can pick individual weapons to zoom in on and then find out more about them, why they were used etc. There's also an explanation of the tactics being used and it explains what the Lewis gunners are trying to do and what the assault party is trying to do. Not only is it a stunning bit of modelling but it's also a very good exhibit for helping a general audience understand that part of the war.

Extremely well done.

Amazing work.
I'll be sure to drop by with the Little Fish next time I'm in Emerald City (should be over Xmas this year).
It's a really interesting piece of architecture and well worth a look for anyone visiting Sydney.

That's a really impressive bit of work, all the way from the mud through the reinforcement in the concrete jutting out at the damaged corner of the pillbox to the the individual troops.
And - your tank is a beautiful piece of work too!
