Nearest I know size wise is Offensive Miniatures, I think there are comparison pics on the website.

Not quite a figure comparison, but the Rubicon vehicle crews are a pretty good match.

Not a fan of the plastics...got a great deal on two of these boxes...and now a fan...well of Perry stuff.  As mentioned, the support stuff for their range is awesome.
