Title: New German gunners from Victorious miniatures
Post by: Keith T on December 11, 2018, 05:47:51 PM
We now have the German Sea Battalion gun crew to go with our Krupp C73 cannon, set of 4 figures with an ammo box sculpted by Mark Sims and compatible with Perry and Copplestone.
They are for the 1900 era Boxer rebellion,Back of beyond and Colonial Africa.

Except they aren't useful for that.

I guess that depends on how much of a button counter you are... :)

I would rather count on laughs & fun times with my friends,
not buttons. I have played games with button counters and
I did not enjoy those times.

Nothing wrong with letting folks know what's what, as long as you aren't an arse about it. This board encourages people to count buttons so they can help provide their fellow gamers with the full facts. Then they can decide how to act upon those facts.

But whatever side you are on in this, please be nice to one another.   :)

Well the uniforms were based on photos of gunners in Africa around 1900 and i doubt they had changed much by 1914.

That’s right...
It’s Christmas...
Spread a little love, and paint a soldier....wouldn’t look very good on a Tee shirt though.
