Thank you very much!

Looks nice! When do you start the French & Prussians?
-
Really nice, they look splendid. 8) 8) 8)

Great stuff.
Hope your eyesight hasnt suffered over the 3 years ?
What are the bases they are on, as they seem an odd shape, like they lock together ?
-
Thank you all! I don't think my eyesight has suffered too much... I already have three Corps of French finished, but I am going to work on the last few over the next year. Then finally, the Prussians. The bases are Blucher specific, so they have firing arcs and a notch at the centre to pivot the unit.

Awesome
They look fantastic
-
Thank you very much!
-
Wow great effort look forward to seeing the French in 2019.
-
Top drawer!
-
Thanks guys, much appreciated!
-
A great looking collection, good luck with the rest next year.
-
Thank you very much! I hope the French will be quicker as I only have half the army to finish already!
-
Looking mighty fine.
How does Blucher handle artillery? Is it incorporated into the Brigades? How will you handle the French Grande Battery if so?
-
Thanks Jon. Artillery is handled in one of two ways, it's either attached to brigades, giving them an extra dice to roll in an attack or three attached batteries are grouped into one 'Artillery Unit', which has its own base and firing chart. So you can form the grand battery easily enough, in fact already did: https://www.stormofsteelwargaming.com/2017/09/imperial-guard-artillery.html
I think there's a couple more of these units to make in the card set of the 100 Days Campaign, so the battery will be present, don't you worry!
-
Ah, I missed your artillery batteries lurking at the back there for the Allies.
-
Can't quite see details or single figures in the photos, but as an army it looks indeed magnificent. I'd love for those to go up against my own (and as of yet lacking opposition) Frenchies! :D
Blücher is such a great set of rules. Hope you get the French done soon and some games on the table!
-
Thank you! If you have an explore on the blog there are posts for each of the brigades as I painted them. If you click on the thematic contents tab at the top, you’ll find a link in there that will bring up all the Blucher telated posts.
The french are half done at the moment, but I will be pressing forward over 2019 with them!

Impressive sight!
