Title: Bicorne Miniatures early Italian wars
Post by: fitterpete on December 25, 2018, 05:11:53 AM
So I noticed Bicorne has a early Italian wars range ,but no pics. Anyone have any idea who sculpted them ? Size, style, etc.

Found it. Sorry couldn't see that they are old Connoisseur on my phone.
So next question. Are the higher numbered ECW command(not painted in the pics) by the original sculpter or the newer?

Thanks and sorry for the question redirect.

Fitterpete, - where did you manage to find the pictures?
I couldn't see any on the Bicorne website.

I never found any pictures. Just saw that they were the old Conisseur range and I know the style from their
Napoleonics.

The later/latest ECW codes are definitely by a newer sculptor and they are just a tad smaller, which means they will mix with other ranges more pleasingly to the eye (I believe Nick Collier did the original range, and also the Renegade ECW range - which is why they are compatible size-wise).

Apologies for digging up an old thread, however I wondered if anyone on here had any pictures of the Bicorne Miniatures Italian Wars minis - as noted, no pictures on the website.
