Title: Gringo40s Service to the US

Pretty much what the title says - I am so tempted by the Tonkin range of figs but was wondering what the service was like? Any LAFers here in the USA ordered with Gringo40s - what were your experiences?

Great timing on your post, MGH.
Just received a parcel yesterday, March 14th.
They mailed it on March 5th.
So it took nine days to get to Oregon, where I live.
The figures were well packed.
Lots of thanks to Gringo 40.
Hope this helps.
PS, I ordered the Tonkin figures.
Lovely figures.
They stand in at 30MM,
from base to eyes.

I ordered a bunch of his Maximillian figures a few years ago. His service was great and shipping was prompt. I am definitely planning to order more from him when I have a chance. I am really interested in his Tonkin range.

Cool.

After Marine's endorsement I went to his website and made a big order of the Tonkin range. My eyes aint what they used to be so it will be nice to paint some bigger figs. My last few projects were all 15s or Blue Moon 18s. I'm looking to do skirmish size games with these guys not massed battles anyhow. They look great.

MGH, another positive experience here, though Guam is out on the very edge of the US postal system. Good enough that I made another order today.

10 day service to semi-rural Iowa.  Figures were well packed.  Order without concern

And yes, I did make an order, they really look like nice figs! Looking forward to painting them.

I figure I should finally respond in this thread I started by saying I got my Gringo figs in 9 days and they look most impressive. I love'em. Whether my painting can do them justice is in doubt but I'm now working on them. Nothing but a positive experience, Ged!
