I need a civilian teenage boy around 15-17 for a scenario I'm building. Ideally the miniature would be youthful, unarmed, nearly fully grown but skinny like most boys of this age. Any suggestions?

Might help if you state your scale. My first thought was that a female figure might work - and then I remember that too many 'sculpted' females are far too well endowed to pull off being a young boy (unless they undergo some serious surgery).

I mostly use Knuckleduster and Crusader minis for Old West and made a youth by converting* one of the Perry Mafeking civilians, who in comparison are quite diminutive
*basically, changed the hat and much of the rifle

Check out some of the Old West civilians in the Dixon Miniatures range.
There is also a farmer in this Foundry set https://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collections/old-west/products/ow118-farmers-and-cowhands (https://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collections/old-west/products/ow118-farmers-and-cowhands) which may be suitable.
Both of the above are on the shorter side of 28mm figures.

Artizan Design have this set https://www.artizandesigns.com/prod.php?prod=1024 (https://www.artizandesigns.com/prod.php?prod=1024).
The middle figure could be modified by removing the rifle ...

Knuckleduster have whatshisnames character from the Shootist, forget his name. The guy from Happy Days. Highlighted Ball range
-
Gunfighters Ball range, that is. And it's Gillem Rogers/Ron Howard

My scale is larger 28mm or 32mm.
Thanks for the great suggestions. I think the Artizan suggestion or Howie from Knuckleduster will work well.
