David Marshall from TM Terrain has been working on a demo table for 7TV: Pulp. The Mummy’s Tomb is using lots of the classic Scotia Grendel resin range (all the parts already painted) and the new walls will be carved from clay to match in.
Here is the basic 60cm x60cm layout:

And now with walls. This will included some ruined sections to break up the flat areas.

You can see the board in and play 7TV: Pulp when the game is launched at the UK Games Expo on 31 May.

The Mummy’s Tomb board is finished. David at TM Terrain has done a superb job!
“The pulp board for Crooked Dice is complete. It is 2’x2’ and I have incorporated a lot of resin pieces into the board. There are pillars, doors, statues and rubble all in resin. I am not sure who makes them. I have then added walls which have been carved from DAZ clay. It has then all been painted with my usual sandy palette and then airbrushed with some brown ink and finally dry brushed. Karl at Crooked Dice will be using it at the UK Games Expo to help launch his new pulp rules.”

Yes, indeed! That's a beautiful looking table. Well done.
-
I like the use of an elevated section/room. You don't see that very often and it looks quite effective.
-
Cheers all! Here are some shots from the demos games at the UK Games Expo:

All of it looks absolutely stunning! Splendid work!
-
Outstandingly good. 8)
Now you've finished with it, can I have it...? lol
Seriously though, I've been toying with the idea of making something similar, some kind of half buried Egyptian dig-site or something, and this is properly floating my hobby-boat. All pics to the inspiration file for later perusal and idea stealing!
-
Cheers all!
I have some barmy idea of a lid/topper with a Pyramid ruin to go above this.
-
I was thinking (if I ever got around to making something as nice) that a top
i.e. turn it into a box, would make storage easier, but a ruined Pyramid, wow!
I envy your imagination. Keep up the good work.
-
I had the pleasure of playing a game of 7TV on this at the Expo and cannot praise its visual appeal highly enough. A fun, thematic game system too. Well done.

Agreed! It really takes it to the next level. :D
Overall a stunningly impressive work. :-* :-* :-*
